Jackie Cameron is a seasoned chef, passionate educator, cookbook author, and has an unbeatable entrepreneurial spirit.

As the owner of two restaurants – The School Outlet and Br.unch – that shine a light on local brands, Jackie is passionate about the industry and the future that it holds. Founder of the Jackie Cameron School of Food and Wine, Jackie knows how important it is to support and propel the careers of aspiring chefs. Past students run her restaurants showcasing the trust and quality expertise that’s passed on to students of the school.

In fact, one of her past students works at the LivingRoom at Summerhill Guest Estate, which just won Restaurant of the Year at the 2022 Eat Out Woolworths Awards.

Jackie is herself an Eat Out Award winner, and used her extensive knowledge to develop her own range of preservative-free, wholesome baby food using reliable local ingredients – think organic and free-range. These products cater to busy parents that want to give their children the best head start, but lack the time to prepare healthy meals daily. They’re available to order online on her website and arrive frozen for convenience.

Jackie Cameron aspires to teach more young chefs to give them the start they need to succeed in the industry.
