Proofreading Ina Paarman’s latest cookbook with tried and tested South African favourites

I was honoured to be involved in the creation of Ina Paarman’s latest cookbook – My Favourite Recipes – as a proofreader. Not only did I get a sneak peek of the beautiful book that was soon to launch (now available on their website), but I got to be a part of South African culinary history in the making.
